Touroria.com provides vacation rentals such as yachts, villas, mobile homes, and boutique hotel rooms. By making a reservation, the customer agrees to the following conditions:
1. Subject of the Contract: The agreement is temporary and allows the customer to use the selected rental property for a specified duration. Touroria.com acts as the organizing agent between the customer and the property owner.
2. Reservation & Payment: A deposit of 35% of the total price must be paid within one business day to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the check-in date. If the booking is made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment must be completed within one business day.
3. Booking Confirmation: Written confirmation is sent once the deposit is received. Without this, no booking is valid. Confirmations are sent via email or SMS.
4. Deposit for Damages: A refundable cash damage deposit must be paid on arrival. If the property is left without damage or missing items, this amount will be returned. If early departure prevents in-person inspection, the deposit will be returned via bank transfer.
5. Arrival & Departure: Check-in is after 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Delays in check-out may lead to additional charges.
6. Occupancy Limits: Exceeding the number of guests stated in the reservation is not permitted. Additional guests must be approved in writing and may incur extra charges.
7. Cleaning & Maintenance: Rental includes entrance cleaning. Stays over two weeks include weekly cleaning. Additional cleaning or linen changes are available for a fee. Guests must allow staff access for pool, garden, or technical maintenance.
8. Pets & Smoking: Unless stated otherwise, pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
9. Customer Responsibilities: Guests must leave dishes washed and trash removed. Damage caused during the stay is deducted from the deposit. Behavioral misconduct, excessive noise, or illegal actions may result in eviction without refund.
10. Force Majeure: Touroria.com may cancel the reservation without liability in the event of war, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, transportation failure, or other unforeseen events.
11. Complaints: All complaints must be reported during the stay. No compensation will be issued for complaints made after check-out.
12. Liability Disclaimer: Touroria.com is not liable for accidents, theft, injuries, or technical failures unless caused by gross negligence. Guests use outdoor and pool areas at their own risk.
13. Other Conditions: Access road conditions, limited mobile signals, construction noise, or seasonal closure of restaurants are beyond Touroria.com’s control. Property sizes and descriptions are approximate.
14. Legal Jurisdiction: In case of legal disputes, the court of jurisdiction is Manavgat. By booking, customers agree to all terms outlined above.
